Sums it up
This about sums up my trip. Just takin' a break at The Belagio. Lots
of walking in flip flops throught the casinos and I need a few breaks.
Great times and better friends made this vacation one for the memory
books.
Thanks to all for helping out with Tyler and a big CONGRATULATIONS to
Steve and Alicia!!

No words necessary but...
The manager at this Wendy's was Asian speaking Asian, English and
Spanish. This sign speaks for itself.

Dumb thing I just heard.
11:21pm Sunday, February 24, 2008
On a teaser for the local news the announcer said there was a security
issue on your Blackberry type phone that makes it easily hijacked by
hackers. But there's something you can do about it. Something so
simple you can do it right now and be done in seconds. Details Monday
at 11:00!
Monday at 11?!?! What?!? If I can be done in seconds can't you tell
me in seconds? Don't you have an obligation to keep us informed in a
timely manner? Don't tease us and then make us wait 24 hours for the
information that will protect our private information.
I hate the news. And I'm glad I have an iPhone!

Rush rocks Toronto!
So it was off to Toronto, Canada for Brian and I to see Rush in their hometown! It was also the last concert of the North American tour. A real treat for these two Rush fans!

New snapshot-
What's on the iPod?: Sorry iPod, it's been Sirius radio for the past few months.
Where am I?: My new office.
Thoughts of the day:
1. Why am I not in Cabo?
2. Settling may have occurred.
3. Why am I not in Montana?
4. Apple iPhone, I want it now.
5. I'm thinking of dying my hair. Just one.
6. How about wireless electricity? Think about it.
7. Maybe it IS Maybeline.
8. If I draw a timeline about drawing a timeline, will it ever end?
9. I'd like to produce a tribute to Bon Jovi as sung by an Elvis impersonator.
10. Black is the new black.
Ouside: Sunny, cold and cold.
What I've eaten so far today: Coffee, Timbits, chicken sandwich, french fries, coke, chicken nuggets, coke, 1 pretzel.
Something funny I saw today: Maury Povich show. Seriously, what is he thinking?

Goodbye old friend.
It is with great sadness that we make this post. We had to make the decision on Monday, May 1st, to end Misty's suffering. She has been getting worse over the past few months with no signs of really improving. So rather than make her suffer any further, we decided to let her go. She will be missed terribly as she was in my life for 7 years and with Annie for more than 17 years.
Goodbye Misty.
Love,
Jeff, Annie, Tyler and all of your friends and family.

'bout time
Way too long between posts. This will be a short one because I need to go to bed.
Food I ate today:
Vanilla Coke, Cuban French Toast, fruit, plantains, Starbucks Carmel Latte, Vanilla Coke, pot roast, mashed potatoes, applesauce, pudding, Coke. (two doses of Alka-Seltzer Cold, but they don't count)
Went to lunch with Brian, Manda, Elaine and Tyler to the Starliner Diner. Y-U-M-M-Y!!!!! One last opportunity to do that before Brian leaves for San Fran. I'll miss him. We all will.
Had a thought while driving today.

What's on the iPod?: Rush (all day)
Where am I?: Livingroom couch
Thoughts of the day:
1. Food on a stick
2. I think nurseries are in cahoots with developers to sell more trees?
3. I want to host my own Seinfeld type Podcast about nothing.
4. I seriously thought about unrolling a roll of toilet paper and rerolling it backwards.
5. Is a Bi-plane just confused?
6. I now have over 60GB of music.
7. I now have over 700GB of storage space.
8. My neighbors dog barking sucks.
9. I'm going to look a total stranger in the eyes and tell them I am their long lost brother.
10. Go Browns!
Useless news story: Key prediction of Albert Einstein's general theory of relativity has been confirmed by an experiment showing that the Earth's rotation drags the surrounding fabric of space-time along with it.
The phenomenon, known as frame-dragging, was one of the last untested predictions of general relativity. A NASA satellite, Gravity Probe B, was launched earlier this year to test the same effect. "Frame-dragging is like what happens if a bowling ball spins in a thick fluid, such as molasses," said Errico C. Pavlis of the Joint Center for Earth System Technology, a leader of the international research team that measured the effect.
That was the whole story.
Ouside: Nice and sunny, 77°
What I've eaten so far today: Golden Grahams, coffee, spicy chicken, fries, Coke, 3 Musketeers, spaghetti, water.
Something funny I saw today: Someone emailed me a picture of food on a stick.

20 yr. reunion
Wow!! I had my 20 year class reunion. This is a photo of Tom and John and myself (l to r) after the party. What a night. These guys, along with Nick, Keith, Mike and a few others were inseperable. I haven't seen them since high school. Some things never change, and in this case that's a good thing.
We saw many friends and had a great time. Hope to keep in touch with them.
More later.

What's on the iPod?: much new stuff. I am through the H's importing my cd's.
Where am I?: At home on the couch.
Thoughts of the day:
1. Why don't they make air freshener that smells like fresh baked bread or cookies?
2. Who are "they"?
3. I really need new shoes.
4. Decided to make one "F" in my name silent.
5. ...Golden Rings...
6. Still considering doing an all iPod art show.
7. Might change my name to Fred, the "F" would still be silent.
8. Stepped on a spider.
9. I had bread and water for a snack tonight.
10. Am I the only one that misses the Captain & Tenneal?
Useless news story: 1500 sheep attempt suicide-450 succeed. See it here.
Ouside: rainy & warm
What I've eaten so far today: coffee, O.J. sausage McGriddle, pizza, 1 Jalepeno popper, 2 diet coke, chicken, broccoli, iced tea, pretzels, 7-up, Rita's Squeezer, bread and water.
Something funny I saw today: Family Guy t-shirt

Snaposhot of my life today.
What's on the iPod?: Led Zepplin
Where am I?: right here
Thoughts of the day:
1. 1970's glitter T-shirts
2. Is paper money the size of a wallet, or is it the other way around?
3. Sometimes I daydream when I have a boring customer.
4. If I play my iPod on my radio and then record that and save it as an mp3, then play that mp3 back on my iPod, will my head explode?
5. Cold pizza.
6. Nicole Kidman is still at the top of my "list".
7. Al qaeda sucks.
8. I think I'll bring back the mullet.
9. I think everyone should retake the driver's test every 5 years.
10. What happens if you Google-Google?
Useless news story: I heard on the radio about a study of the effects of diet soda. See it here. This is certainly another pointless study and definitely a useless news story.
Ouside: Nice and sunny
What I've eaten so far today: Pop-tarts, coffee, diet Coke.
Something funny I saw today: A guy wearing a shirt that had prison numbers on it.

Random crap.
Inspired by so many types of blogs out there, I had to create my own. So, here it is.
I'll probably post a bunch of useless thoughts that no one will read. I might even have to leave my own comments. Damn it!
At any rate, you'll see a post every now and again giving you a "snapshot" of my life at that moment. Then, on random days, I'll give you an idea of what I am thinking and how my day went. Possibly once a month I'll throw out a post that has something to do with something else in my life. Maybe even a picture or two.
